About me

About me

Hi, I’m Monika.

Professionally and personally, I seek balance and I encourage others to do the same.

  • On one hand, I train across Poland and Europe, working with both adults and youth.I have a lot of energy, and people say I spread smiles and joy.

I like to test the tools I share, so I know what I’m talking about -both their benefits and the challenges they bring. Which means we’ll also talk about how to avoid the “short-lived enthusiasm” trap.

I’ve come a long way, made many mistakes, met inspiring people, so beyond my formal education I bring experience, examples, and real-life stories - my own and those ofpeople and institutions from different countries and backgrounds..

  • On the other hand, I find moments of calm: walks in the forest, coffee in silence, mindfulness, reading, watching films and series, meeting people with whom I can relax, visiting favourite places and discovering new ones.

I practice positive psychology tools I studied formally and later deepened through courses and workshops. Stress and emotion regulation techniques are part of my everyday life, so I know not only the theory but also the practice..

  • More officially, by education and experience I am:

a trainer, well-being practitioner, author of trainings & workshops, university lecturer of English, educational therapist, coach, crisis consultant, and foreign language methodology expert.

I work in Polish and English.
