Which means we\u2019ll also talk about how to avoid the \u201cshort-lived enthusiasm\u201d trap.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">I\u2019ve come a long way, made many mistakes, met inspiring people, so beyond my formal education <strong>I bring experience<\/strong>, <strong>examples<\/strong>, <strong>and real-life stories<\/strong> - my own <strong>and those of<\/strong>people <strong>and institutions from different countries and backgrounds.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">On the other hand, I find moments of calm: walks in the forest, coffee in silence, mindfulness, reading, watching films and series, meeting people with whom I can relax, visiting favourite places and discovering new ones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">I practice positive psychology tools I studied formally and later deepened through courses and workshops.
